Welcome to Les Masades, an ecovillage in the Cévennes National Park!

Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in this calm, natural setting. Whether you're visiting with family, as a couple, or solo, this unique location at the crossroads of Gard, Lozère, and Ardèche is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. Numerous outdoor activities await you nearby: hiking, swimming in Lake Villefort or the Chassezac River, and treetop adventures.

The accommodation includes:

• A bedroom with a double bed
• A bedroom with three single beds
• A living room with a convertible sofa
• A coffee table and an armchair
• A wood stove
• Dry toilets
• Bathroom with shower
• Kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and complete crockery

Other equipment and information:

• Drinking water from our own source
• Natural pool available (subject to water restrictions at the end of summer)
• Several outdoor spaces designed for your meal
• Baby bed available on request
• Bedding not provided, please bring your own sheets and towels
• Wifi available in the shop area

Note that it is equipped with a dry toilet! This means that you have to manage the sawdust, which you have to go and get very close to the workshop and that when the bucket is full, you have to go and empty it and rinse it (not too far, above the workshop).

Access is by car from Les Vans or Villefort.

In our eco-friendly environment, we have chosen a lifestyle that is close to nature, vegetarian, and free of tobacco and alcohol. Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from consuming meat, fish, or alcohol in public areas. You may consume them in your private spaces. Likewise, smoking is permitted only in private outdoor areas (yurt terraces, the small cabin, and the cottage). Thank you in advance for your understanding!
