Little cabin in the woods

Welcome to Les Masades, an eco-friendly site in the Cévennes National Park! Enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay in this calm, natural setting. Whether you're visiting with family, as a couple, or solo, this unique location at the crossroads of Gard, Lozère, and Ardèche is ideal for relaxation and tranquility. Numerous outdoor activities await you nearby: hiking, swimming in Lake Villefort or the Chassezac River, and treetop adventures.

The small cabin is located in the middle of the forest, near a stream, for a calm and rejuvenating environment! It offers very basic comfort, for nature lovers.

It includes:

• A double bed
• An armchair and a coffee table
• Storage
• A wood stove
• A dry toilet with a view of the stream
• A basic kitchen with two hotplates, cooking utensils and complete crockery.

Within the eco-place, a few minutes' walk away, you will have access to an indoor shared bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine.

Other equipment and information:

• The small cabin is powered by a 12V solar panel for lighting and charging cell phones, but there are no household appliances (fridge, etc.). A power outlet is available in the eco-place's common areas.
• Drinking water from our own source.
• Natural pool available (subject to water restrictions at the end of summer).
• Several outdoor spaces equipped for your meals.
• Baby bed available on request
• Bedding not provided, please bring your own sheets and towels
• Wifi available in the shop area.

Access is by car from Les Vans or Villefort.

In our eco-friendly environment, we have chosen a lifestyle that is close to nature, vegetarian, and free of tobacco and alcohol. Therefore, we would be grateful if you would refrain from consuming meat, fish, or alcohol in the shared spaces. You may consume them in your private spaces. Likewise, smoking is permitted only in the private outdoor spaces (yurt terraces, the small cabin, and the gîte). Thank you in advance for your understanding!
